"Family" is something that every member must work together to build!
The division of household responsibilities should not be based on gender, but rather on considerations of each family member's time, abilities, physical condition, and challenges. This reflects understanding, coordination, and empathy among family members. No gender should be expected to take on the role of carer. Every household task is a labor, a job, and has its own value, deserving recognition! Carers are included in this! Carers can also realize their own value and dreams!
"We hope that those who read this picture book will embrace the belief of the Hong Kong Federation of Women's Centres: You are an independent person, you can develop your own talents, you can have your own choices, you need your own time, and you need to protect yourself!"
