Beyond the Unconscious Bias - Gender Awareness Project

Gender discrimination is often based on a traditional imagination of gender. Many times, the toughest and behaviours with gender discrimination are unconscious and unintentional. Perhaps it is based on misunderstanding and ignorance. Therefore, enhancing the gender sensitivity is one of the important aim of gender education.

Thanks to the Equal Opportunity Commission, we launch a gender education program - "Beyond the Unconscious Bias - Gender Awareness Project" in May 2021, using tools such as non-violent communication and theatre experiences to promote equality and establish relatively equal gender expectations and communication relationship.
