It intends to serve newly arrived persons and low-income families within the district by means of outreach services, engaging with disadvantaged groups, introduction of community resources and organisation of community activities, so as to help service users establish a mutual support network. Besides, the project aims to build an inclusive community, spreading a spirit of neighbourhood mutual help by connecting with local enterprises and caring shops, and encouraging participation, to help them better understand the disadvantaged groups in the community.
