1.The service period is from Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Customers must make an appointment at least two working days before the service.
2.For services provided on public holidays or outside designated hours, customers will be required to pay an additional allowance of $25 per hour.
3.In order to provide suitable matching, the staff will visit the home in advance to assess the service content and time.
