- The package must be used within three months after the package activates.
- The service period is from Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Customers must make an appointment at least two working days before the service. Public holiday periods need to be negotiated separately.
- In order to provide suitable matching, the staff will visit the home in advance to assess the service content and time.
