WTW partnered with Hong Kong Federation of Women’s Centres to organise a meaningful “Full-time Mother's Rest Day” for carers from the HKFWC WISE (Sheung Shui) as well as mothers working at WTW. The initiative aimed to offer women, who are often occupied with family caring responsibilities, a moment of respite from their busy daily lives.
Centred around a “Tea Meditation Experience”, the activity guided mothers to slow down, relieve stress, and reconnect with their mind and body. For women who have long shouldered caring responsibilities at home, this dedicated space enabled them to truly feel understood, respected, and supported by the community.
WTW responded to the needs of women and carers through concrete actions. By collaborating with community organisations, the company transformed its corporate resources into practical and direct support. This cross-sector partnership brought warmth and strength to mothers, while also raising public awareness of the vital role played by carers.
We sincerely thank WTW for its generous support. Collaboration between the corporate sector and the community helps build a stronger support network for women and fosters greater care and inclusiveness in society.
We provide a series of women-orientated service, including Counselling & Legal Support, Training & Employment Support, Gender Education, Caring the Carers, Cherish Food, Childcare & After-school Care, various Social Participation and Volunteer Development to promote gender equality in Hong Kong. We hope to enable women to develop their Confidence, Independence and Competence.
