Hong Kong Federation of Women’s Centres (HKFWC) has always believed that every woman possesses limitless potential. Our role is to walk alongside them as they explore, grow, and step onto broader stages.
This year, we are delighted to support Quinn as HKFWC’s representative at Women Deliver 2026, where she will engage in dialogue and exchange with women advocates, youth leaders, and social changemakers from around the world.
Quinn’s connection with HKFWC began through her professional contribution to our Social Impact Assessment (SIA) work. As a leader in the education technology sector and an advocate of “STEM for Girls,” she has not only shared her expertise, but has also consistently cared about creating more opportunities for women to grow, build confidence, and make an impact in society. Quinn has also led Artificial Intelligence courses at our Jockey Club Lai Kok Centre, providing women with greater opportunities to learn about and engage with AI.
Her journey at Women Deliver 2026 allowed her to encounter inspiring stories from women across diverse countries and cultural backgrounds. From climate justice to AI governance, from youth participation to women’s leadership, she witnessed how women are not merely participants within systems, but can also become designers and changemakers of those systems.
For HKFWC, supporting women’s growth has never been limited to service provision alone. We strive to create more opportunities for women to learn, participate, and lead, empowering them to break through boundaries, broaden their horizons, and transform their experiences into forces that drive social progress.
Quinn’s journey is a true reflection of this belief: when women are given opportunities and support, their growth can surpass imagination; when women speak up courageously, their influence can extend beyond communities and cities to the world.
Her journey is not only about moving from Hong Kong onto the international stage.
It is also a journey from participation to leadership; from seeing possibilities to creating possibilities.
