Carer Time Bank is an alternative economic model that quantifies and recognises women's unpaid caregiving work contributions. By organising social capital and redefining the value of unpaid caregiving work, we aim to reshape and strengthen community development. With the support from HKEX Foundation, the Carer Time Bank model will penetrate deeper into the Sham Shui Po community, identify and reward undervalued women and caregiving work, and consolidate and exert their influence on the community.

The Carer Time Bank has launched an online system that quantifies work into time credits, which can be exchanged for women's necessary services. We also collaborate with other time banks to launch the "Community Exchange" using earned credit to exchange products, promoting credit usage and circulation, and empowering women.
