Staff Development

Staff are an integral part of the organization, and we care about the physical and mental development of our colleagues, as well as their professional advancement. We have been committed to promoting the development of our colleagues, through various workshops, retreats, and workplace seminars to equip their professional skill and increase the gender sensitivity. Our staff development is mainly divided into three areas: gender perspective, skills improvement and staff relations. We expect our colleagues to not only serve as "professional workers", but also to build up the awareness of "partners" and promote gender equality and the development of women's subjectivity.

Gender Perspective

Incorporating a gender perspective in our services and promoting gender equality has always been the direction we adhere to. We emphasize breaking the social framework of gender stereotypes via service, so we focus on cultivating a gender perspective of our colleagues, so that they can be able to analyse the social issues in a gender-sensitive way and design appropriate services for women.

Skill Improvement

With the development of different services and the development of organisation, we encourage our colelagues to study abroad to enrich their knowledge and abilities. At the same time, we will also hold different types of workshops so that our colleagues can acquire the latest and appropriate skills in a timely manner.

Staff Relationship

Teamwork is also an important aspect of our work, so each service unit will have different activities to promote the relationship between co-workers.
