In the past two phases of this project, PCD and HKFWC have attempted to use nature as an intervention method, providing participants with different experiences. In the second phase, we further explored "Nature and Gender" as one of the co-learning and exploration methods. This approach aimed to cultivate staff to experience nature with a gender perspective, thereby exploring the relationship between nature and gender, enhancing staff's gender awareness, and applying and validating what they have learned in their work settings, enriching community gender education methods.
Building on the previous two phases, the third phase of our project aims to develop more staff to explore the community's experiences of being nurtured by nature, discover the relationship between nature and gender, and enrich community gender education methods.
The third phase of the project spans two years and includes:
- Co-learning on gender and nature exploration for staff
- Cultivating the soil for co-learning with seed funding
- Learning participatory, process-based monitoring and evaluation methods
